Rosemont is a newer home community located off of Highway 160 in Indian Land. It is a Ryan Home community lined with sidewalks and full of plenty of amenities to keep every member of your family busy. Plus there’s plenty of shopping in nearby Ballantyne and Blakeney.

They also are building in Adler Grove, located just a mile or so down Regent Parkway, but in the Fort Mill School District.
Some of the advantages to living in Wakefield include low Indian Land taxes and its close proximity to shopping and dining in Pineville (only a 5-minute drive to Carolina Place Mall) as well as the Ballantyne area of Charlotte. Furthermore, True Homes is known for building a lot of house for the money and there are many homes in Wakefield with 4-6 bedrooms.
The Wakefield has a nice open floorplan on the main level, with a formal dining room open to a large family room. The openness of it makes the space appear very large. Next to the family room is a large kitchen with stainless steel appliances, an island, and room for a breakfast table.

Almond Glen is a new home community in Lancaster County off of Harrisburg Rd just minutes from Carolina Place Mall in Pineville, NC and the Ballantyne area of Charlotte. This neighborhood offers the convenience of living right next to the North Carolina border, but with the benefit of low Indian Land taxes.
Almond Glen is an Eastwood Homes Community. Eastwood Homes does a wonderful job of building homes with varied elevations, using multiple brick and stone accents and gables. This gives the community a cohesive feeling, yet with personality. Home prices in Almond Glen range from $178,000 to 296,900. The subdivision is just about built out with only a handful of lots remaining and Eastwood Homes has put the Model Home on the market.
Almond Glen has a centrally located community pool with water features to entertain the kids. The pool is located just a short walk from most of the neighborhood. An afternoon spent at the Almond Glen pool is surely a great way to beat the Carolina heat and make some new friends.
